Fixed Fee one-off Consultation
The Studio offers comprehensive services that guide you through your project from pre-design to construction. Our professional services are tailored to your budget to meet the needs of your project brief and aspirations.
Throughout this process we complete a number of milestone stages that provide an opportunity to explore conceptual ideas, review designs and collaborate to achieve a place you call home. By allowing us to advocate for your brief and budget we add value to your project and challenge conventional outcomes. We will discuss your motivations and identify the true needs of your spaces to deliver creative solutions.
If you are unsure on the process of designing, building or renovating, we also offer a fixed fee, one-off consultation to guide you on the complexities without committing to a full scope of services. This is a great opportunity to weigh up the feasibility of a project with advice specific to your needs from an experienced team.
Our one-off consultation includes 1.5 hours on site to discuss your project for $300 +GST

David founded Marker Studio following design & project roles in multiple Southeast Queensland architectural practices. His experience extends to building work and teaching teams at Griffith University. These diverse roles allow him to be a creative collaborator and keen coordinator.
He has experience in residential homes, townhouse developments, retail precincts, commercial fit outs and on-site management.
His involvement in practice and construction allows a unique skill set that explores the design and buildability of projects.
Functional spatial planning and structural compositions are integral to his methods along with an appreciation of honest materials used creatively. He enjoys human-scale works, complex renovations, commercial refurbishments and projects that focus on quality spaces for the occupants.
